These terms cover your use of the TunnelBahn macOS app and this website. TunnelBahn is made by Mahan Parham ("we"). By downloading or using TunnelBahn, you agree to these terms.

Purchases

Our order process is run by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns related to payment. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

License

TunnelBahn Free may be used at no cost. A TunnelBahn Pro license is a one-time purchase. It lets one person use the Pro features on the Macs they own or control, for as long as those versions of TunnelBahn work on them. License keys are personal: do not share or resell them. The 14-day trial gives full Pro access without payment. When it ends, the app continues as TunnelBahn Free.

Your VPN servers and your use

TunnelBahn is client software. It connects to servers that you configure: we don't provide VPN servers or network service. You are responsible for using TunnelBahn and your servers lawfully, and in line with the terms of your network and VPN providers.

Updates

We may release updates and change or discontinue features. Pro licenses cover updates to TunnelBahn 1.x.

No warranty

TunnelBahn is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of connectivity from using the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
